Course Overview

The NCFE CACHE Level 1 Award in Nutrition and Health (RQF) introduces the fundamentals of a healthy diet, hydration, and meal planning – and connects them directly to oral and general health.

You’ll learn to:

Understand the effects of diet on the mouth and body
Recognise eating disorders and promote supportive care
Plan healthy meals using the Eatwell Guide
Confidently contribute to oral health promotion and patient advice
