Most people suffer from bad breath at some point in life. Bad breath can be caused by a number of problems — diet, drink and smoking — that can be easily changed to prevent the problem.
– Brush your tongue when brushing teeth — as bacteria can collect on the tongue and cause bad breath.
– Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and to prevent the mouth from drying up. Too much alcohol or coffee causes dry mouth and bad breath.
– Brush your teeth after eating to prevent the growth of bacteria that cause bad breath.
